How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every UK order — the price you see is the price you pay, with no shipping charges added at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders are dispatched within two working days. Delivery timing then varies by product and destination; we email tracking when your order leaves our fulfilment process.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships we email a tracking link to the address you used at checkout. You can also reply to that email if you need an update.
Can I return an item?
Yes. If something is wrong or not as described, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will confirm the next step by email. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. See our Returns page for more.
How can I pay?
We accept secure payment via PayPal, which also lets you pay by most major debit and credit cards — you do not need a PayPal account.
